Great service from the moment of submission with Denis Savignac. Denis is kind and attentive to our needs. Very fast service for installation with 2 good installers: Hugues and Denis. Hugues took the time to explain how to use our heat pump. We had 2 indoor units of 12,000 btu each installed and a compressor of 24,000 btu outside, but the day after the installation, I found that a compressor of 18,000 btu was installed outside when we had chosen a 24,000 btu. So I'm texting Denis one Saturday morning and Denis is calling us on the spot to say that the error will be corrected and the compressor will be changed without fail. Even if we had signed the contract without notice that he had put a compressor of 18,000 btu and Denis remained very friendly despite everything.
